Car Parking
Free, onsite, lit car parking for up to 60 cars

Car Hire
We can arrange car hire from all Scottish airports, and locally from Aberdeen city – go on to our partner site www.scotland-carhire.co.uk and fill in the online enquiry form.

Laundry
We provide a same day in-house laundry service (excludes dry cleaning – next day) – tariffs are displayed in the rooms

Smoking
All the hotel bedrooms, and the restaurant and bistro are non-smoking. Smoking is allowed in the café bar and coffee lounge.

Currency and Credit Cards Accepted
We accept £ sterling and sterling travellers cheques Visa, Mastercard, Diners, Amex, Switch, Solo, Electron, Delta, JCB. All cheques require to be accompanied by a valid bank card. We are happy to arrange account facilities for corporate customers.

Medical and Dental
24 local doctor/medical service available nearby. Dentist within 8 miles.

Pets
Well behaved dogs of any kind are welcome. Can they please bring their own bedding. Dogs are not allowed in any of the public areas (except for guide dogs)

Special Diets
We cater for just about any special diets, but advance notice is preferred. Vegetarian options are available at all times in our bistro and restaurant.

Children and Families
Children of all ages are welcome. Lovely family rooms are available. Charges, when sharing with parents

4<15 sharing adjoining 50% of adult rate B &B - other meals charged as taken

Cots and high chairs are available. We do not have baby listening facilities.

Packed and Picnic Meals
Packed lunch menus are available – must be ordered by 21.00 the previous evening. ‘Gourmet’ packed lunches with champagne, smoked salmon &c are also available – perfect for country sportsmen and ‘away days’.

What is and is not included in price
All quoted prices are inclusive of VAT at the ruling rate. There is no service charge. Gratuities are at the customers’ discretion.

How to Get There
The city of Aberdeen itself is accessible by major roads from the south (A 90) and from Inverness (A96).

From the Airport:
Best to join the A96 and look for signs for the A90 north. Join the A90 north. Some 8 miles north of Aberdeen on the A90 watch out for the turn off on the right to Newburgh (A975), The hotel is right in the centre of the village and hard to miss!

From the Conference Centre:
Take the A90 north for 7 miles and then the A975 turn off for Newburgh.

From Aberdeen City Centre:
Look out for the signs for the A90, and once on the A90 proceed as above.

Internet access and email facilities are available at reception and we will shortly be providing internet access to all bedrooms.

Special Occasions – if you’re celebrating one during your stay....we can make it memorable....
Champagne, chocolates, flowers, roses, Madonna’s piper, a serenade!! Many rooms have queen and king sized beds. Celebration cakes, gourmet packed lunches. Scottish, continental or champagne breakfast in bed by arrangement.
