 We
would ask that please make sure you read the following terms
and conditions before booking.
Prices
Prices are per room, per night and are inclusive of VAT at 17.5%,
unless otherwise stated. Standard rates include Full Scottish
Breakfast, unless otherwise stated. Other meals may be included
in special promotional rates: this will be indicated in these
rates.
Payment
All reservations require a Credit Card guarantee, to be given
at the time of booking. Udny Arms accept payment by cash, cheque
(with a valid cheque guarantee card), and all major credit and
debit cards (VISA, MasterCard, Diners, Amex, Switch, Maestro,
Delta, Solo).
Arrival and Check out
Rooms are available from 13.00 pm on the arrival date. Please
let the hotel know if you are likely to arrive after 9.00pm.
You are requested to vacate your room by 12.00 noon on the day
of departure. If you require more detailed directions to your
chosen hotel, please call the hotel directly and a team member
will be pleased to help you.
Your Personal Details
Your personal details will not be sold on or passed on to third
parties. Your Credit Card details are not kept in any form and
are securely deleted after the booking is confirmed.
Cancellation and variation
If you need to cancel or change your reservation, please advise
us as soon as possible.
Our cancellation policy is as follows:-
Cancellation can be made without penalty provided made 7 days
or more prior to arrival/check-in date.
Cancellation within 7 days but more than 72 hours of arrival/check
in date – 50% of the full amount payable
Cancellation within 72 hours of arrival/check-in date –
full amount payable
Variation Policy
Once we have confirmed your booking, any variation of check-in/checkout
date(s) or reduction in room requirements beyond our stipulated
time limits will incur a fee.
No fee will be charged if you vary the hotel booking no later
than 72 hours prior to the confirmed check-in date.
All variations occurring after 72 hours prior to the confirmed
check-in date will incur a fee equal to a one night’s
room rate.
All changes are subject to room availability, which cannot be
guaranteed. |
